Mix the ingredients in the crock pot and let it warm on low heat and stir occasionally to keep the mixture from overcooking.
While it is cooking, you can create a nice assortment of dip ready accompaniments:
Standard Tortilla Chips are the obvious choice, but you
can accent the basic spread with red and blue corn
tortilla chips. This will add to the festive look and feel of
the celebration.
Flour Tortillas can also be provided for those who are
looking for a softer form for dipping

option that you can give to those who want a healthier alternative to the Tortilla
Oven baked Pita Bread - Not only can you serve the pita
bread in its original state, but if you cut the bread into
