and only Son,that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal live. John 3:16 (NIV) |
If you want to make really delicious pancakes, try to add some things into the pancake batter while cooking. The most popular addition are chocolate chips. It is very easy to make these kind of pancakes. All you have to do is to prepare the batter normally and sprinkle the chips over the top. Next you have to put chips more into the batter with a spoon. Try to cover the chips with the batter while you are frying. It will prevent from burning the chocolate.
Another good pancake ingredient can be banana! Take banana and cut it into slices. Pour the batter and place slices of banana into batter. Do not cover bananas with the batter. Banana can stay exposed. The bananas will be on a griddle and caramelize a little.
You can add some blueberries to the batter instead of bananas or chocolate chips. The best blueberries are those fresh one but if you have some frozen in your freezer it is ok too. Just take sure that you cook pancakes for a bit longer because frozen blueberries make it longer for pancake to be ready.
What about some spices? If you add some spices, it will increase the aromatic quality of the pancakes. You can try out vanilla extract or cinnamon for example. Cinnamon goes great with blueberries. Add ½ of the tablespoon to batter. Experiment with spices you like the most.
Remember! Don't put a lot of things at a time to your batter. It can of course work out but it is much harder to pull off and all things settle down at the bottom.
